The McCulloch steam cleaner I purchased is a great machine, and has helped me to catch up with a majority of cleaning projects. The unfortunate part of this story is that replacement tips, pads, etc., are continually out of stock. I have checked and re-checked for over a month now, and without the heads, the machine is worthless in my applications.
I even received an e-mail from an unrelated vendor enquiring as to what I wanted to purchase.
