My sister bought one of these and she told me how much she liked it. I then got one as a gift a week later and i absolutely love it. It works great and its real quick. I use it on my carpet and it looks like new. 100% satisfied!!

I have tried other brands and they were good, but this one is a real powerhouse. I love it so much and I find doing housework, BBQ grill, and cleaning yard tools is a breeze using my steamer and all the attachments.
My teen son loves to clean the windows for me...it is amazing how well it cleans and how much he enjoys it.
The only faults I have with this product is that the cord is too short for my needs.
