It is so easy to use and my floors are so much cleaner. I loved it so much we gave them away for Christmas.

I had another steam mop which cost more money and it was so flimsy that I was afraid to use it. We got this one which was a lot cheaper and I love it. I have a lot of pets in the house and my children bring their pets home to visit and I use it more than once a day and I see such a difference in the way the floors look . Again I love it.
I would recommend it to any one who wants one that lives on a limited income.
