I love my steam fast so far. It's easy and fast to use. Steam comes out in about a minute or so it seems. It will take some time to get some heavy clothes done, but for most of my light shirts and blouses, it's really fast to get them ready to go.

This product is great! Heats up and is ready to use in less than a minute! Very ergonomical and works like magic!! You can physically see the clothes relax right on the hanger! Makes clothing feel better than new. Even my sinuses cleared up a little bit just by being around the steam. Definitely is going to put my iron out of business

We had to throw out our old one because it started spitting black water on the clothes. The new one is a nice design, but the pole is too short, making you have to stoop to steam. Not good.
Also, the hose is much to stiff and hard to handle.
All in all, it could have been designed better.
